NJL Construction provides excavation, site work, grading, drainage, demolition, trucking, snow removal, and related services in and around the North Shore of Massachusetts. The content on this site is for general informational purposes and does not constitute a contract or a binding offer.

3. Estimates & Quotes

Requests submitted through this site are requests for a callback or estimate only. Any pricing, availability, scope, or timeline discussed before a signed agreement is an estimate and is not a binding quote or contract. Work is performed only under a separate written agreement between you and NJL Construction.

4. Communications Consent

When you submit your contact information, you agree that NJL Construction may contact you by phone, text message, and email about your request and our services. Message and data rates may apply. You can opt out of text messages by replying STOP. See our Privacy Policy for more.

5. Online Booking

Our online booking and chat features are provided through a third-party platform (Housecall Pro). Appointments requested online are not confirmed until we accept and confirm them. Your use of those features is also subject to the third party’s terms and privacy policy.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the site, including by attempting to disrupt it, access it without authorization, submit false or unlawful information, or use it for any illegal purpose.

7. Intellectual Property

The site and its content — including text, graphics, logos, and images — are owned by or licensed to NJL Construction and are protected by applicable laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute our content without our written permission.
