We've worked sites along Granite Street, dug foundations on lots inland from Bearskin Neck, and handled drainage on the granite-shelf lots around Pigeon Cove. Rockport is the toughest excavation territory on the North Shore — granite ledge sits inches below grass in most of the town. We bring rock hammers when the bid says we need them.
Coastal weather and rocky terrain combine to wreck old drainage. We rebuild failed French drains, regrade lots that have eroded around foundations, and demo old detached garages and stone walls that have outlived their use. We also do site work for the small renovations and additions that fill most of the town's permitting calendar.
