We've handled drainage on the steep lots overlooking the harbor, excavated foundations for additions in the Old Town historic district, and run site prep for renovations in the Clifton neighborhood. Marblehead is rocky — granite ledge is often inches below grass — and tight lots mean small, precise excavation, not big-machine bulldozing.
Old homes mean old drainage. We replace failed tile drains, install modern French drains, demo cracked stone walls and crumbling old foundations, and grade lots that have shifted over decades. Tight access often means we work with mini-excavators rather than full-size machines — we have both and pick what fits.
